1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by DeepCurrent ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operated under husharlex.ink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
DeepCurrent provides underwater drone and ROV maintenance, repair, cleaning, and related technical services. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Diagnostic inspections and assessments
- Component repair and replacement
- Deep cleaning and biofouling removal
- Firmware updates and calibration
- Scheduled maintenance programs
- Emergency repair services
3. Service Requests & Estimates
All service requests are subject to review and acceptance by DeepCurrent. We provide diagnostic assessments and cost estimates before proceeding with any billable work. You must approve the estimate in writing (including email) before service begins.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are provided as estimates unless otherwise specified as fixed-price. Payment is due upon completion of service unless a maintenance plan or alternative payment arrangement is in place. We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and purchase orders from verified organizations.
5. Warranty
All repair and maintenance work performed by DeepCurrent carries a 90-day warranty from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship only and does not extend to damage caused by misuse, environmental factors, or unauthorized modifications after service.
6. Liability Limitations
DeepCurrent's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages including lost revenue, data loss, or operational downtime.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their equipment, including known defects, modifications, and operational history. Failure to disclose relevant information may void warranty coverage.
8. Shipping & Handling
When utilizing our pickup and delivery service, DeepCurrent provides insured transit cases and arranges shipping. Risk of loss transfers to DeepCurrent upon receipt at our facility and returns to the client upon delivery confirmation.
9. Cancellation Policy
Service requests may be cancelled without charge before diagnostic work begins. Once diagnostics are underway, a minimum diagnostic fee applies. Maintenance plan subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
